Outside- There is a large sun terrace with Spanish BBQ and outside dining area with views of both the beach and the mountains. There is a heated pool and plenty areas for sunbathing and also shaded areas for those of you who want to escape the sun.

Ground floor - When entering the property there is a utility room  to the left of the front door which has a shower and toilet which is ideal for cleansing after a day at the beach.
The rest of the ground floor comprises of a large open plan kitchen/ living-room.  There are large sliding patio doors which lead off the living-room onto a beautiful curved sun terrace with space for alfresco dining. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor one of which has an en suite with separate bath and shower. There is also a shower room with wc and whb situated on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan .

First floor - The first floor also has an open plan kitchen/ dining area . There are French doors which lead out onto a balcony  where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking in breath taking views of the beach and the mountains. On this floor there are three bedrooms. One double bedroom and a further two twin bedrooms. Again one bedroom has en ensuite with separate bath and shower cubicle. There is another shower room with wc and whb available on this floor . There is air conditioning in the  bedrooms and living room  and ceiling fans in the two twin bedrooms.

Roof top - This area is only for those people with a head for heights and access to it is via a locked door therefore parents with young children can easily control who is and is not allowed up there. Here you can truly have a 360 degree view of the beach and magnificent mountain range .

Lower Ground - Here there is one twin bedroom and a games room where your children can occupy themselves with a game of pool or table tennis.
